Abbey Farms Fall Festival 2010 is coming!!!

Our 2009 Fall Festival was a smash - even with the rainy October!  We would like to thank each and everyone for coming out!  We hope you had a great time.

We are busy building new rides and getting ready for the 2010 ABBEY FARMS Fall Festival!  Be sure to check back in the summer months to find out what we have in store for you this year!  It is sure to be an even bigger and better good ol’ fashioned good time!

A HUGE corn maze, kids games and rides, pumpkins, tractors great food, music, a dinosaur hay ride and so much more!  It is about family and ol’fashioned fun!

Pumpkins - YOU BET

No Pumpkin Patch this year due to our expansion, but you can be sure we have pumpkins from our neighbors ready and available here at Abbey farms.  Don’t worry - the absence of our Pumpkin Patch is only temporary!

A 8 acre adult corn maze AND a 2 acre kids maze? Absolutely!

Do you dare enter our 10 acre corn maze carefully crafted by the monks of Marmion?  Our maze is one of the largest in Illinois.  This year, see if you can find all the clue hidden throughout the maze.  Also, see if you have the grits to navigate the maze at night by flashlight (bring your own or purchase one for 4 dollars at the store). It is sure to be a fun time!  Come by and see if you can make it through in the best time!

Hay Rides, Scarecrows, kids inflatable rides, games and pumpkin painting stations? Well of course!

What else could be better than relaxing with the family on a cool fall day on the farm all the while painting pumpkins! Take a trip our the fields in our new hay ride or try your luck at building a scarecrow.  Or come on by for NEW and exciting rides every weekend in October. 

Delicious Treats and personal warming fires! Certainly!

Be sure to check out the sales station for all of your Fall Festivity needs.  We have so much to choose from, we would rather you come on by to check it all out rather than list everything here.  Then take you goodies right back to your own personal fire and picnic table and enjoy the sunset at Abbey Farms.

               Sunday 2010 times 12:00 P.M. - 5:00 P.M.

               NIGHTIME MAZE RUNS:

                    Saturday October 9 & 23 from 6:00 P.M. - 10:00 P.M.

                    Bring your flashlight, Maze closes 1 hour before closing time.

                    Flashlights and snacks available for purchase.  Free fires till closing!

Where:  At Abbey Farms right behind the Abbey on the Gravel Road

Cost:      We like things simple!

               ONE PRICE GETS YOU UNLIMITED EVERYTHING and NO parking fee! 

               Pumpkins are a separate cost at $4-$10 dollars depending on size!

All proceeds go to the ministries of the Monks of Marmion Abbey.
