Our Sun-Dried Tomato Marinade adds zest to your shrimp! Serve this recipe as is on skewers or on a bed of fettuccine. Either way, you’re sure to be saying, “yum” when you try this dish!
Serves 6-8
What You Need
8 Jumbo Shrimp 1 Bottle Abbey Farms Sun-Dried Tomato Marinade 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
Instructions
Soak 4 bamboo skewers in a bowl of water for approximately 30 minutes. Toss shrimp in ½ cup of Abbey Farm’s Sun-Dried Tomato Marinade with a 2 cloves of smashed garlic. Let marinade for an hour. Place 2 shrimp on each skewer. Grill over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side. Serve with a side of peas.
