Fresh From Your Neighborhood Farm
Our Farmers Market is open! Our baskets are bursting with fresh flavors - and our U-pick fields will be ready August 1! We grew tomatoes and peppers for our salsas as well as watermelons and cantaloupe for a sweet summertime treat. Come get some fresh produce from Abbey Farms!
If you’ve recently dropped by our store and bought a bottle of our Citrus Rosemary Grilling Sauce, or are curious about what you can make with it, look no further! We’ve got you covered. Try this delicious salmon recipe – it’s heart healthy and rich in OMEGA-3 fatty acids. Serves 6-8.
What You Need
3 Copper River salmon filets, skin-on
1 bottle Abbey Farms Citrus Rosemary marinade
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
3-4 sprigs fresh rosemary
4 lemon slices
2 T lemon juice
Pour the bottle of Abbey Farms Citrus Rosemary over the salmon. Sprinkle a clove of smashed garlic and 1teaspoon Kosher salt over the filets. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight. Set your broiler to high. Prepare broil pan with a tablespoon of lemon juice. Place salmon skin side down on broil pan and adorn with lemon/lime slices and rosemary. Broil for 3 minutes. Serve immediately with yellow rice, zucchini, and squash.
